Get your discount tickets for the Pacific Astronomy and Telescope Show, this Friday, August 8, 2008. This is the only day to buy tickets and get a $6 discount! Tickets will be on sale before the meeting, at the break, and after the meeting for $15. The show price will be $21 so a big savings. If you cannot make it to the meeting, then make arrangements with someone who will be there to purchase your tickets. The ticket is valid for one day only, if you are planning on going to both days, then you need to buy 2 tickets. Ticket do not include parking.

There will be lots of vendors and some really great speakers, including Story Musgrave, David Levy and John Dobson. So don’t miss this show! It will be held at the Pasadena Convention Center on September 13 and 14, 2008.

The OCA will have a booth and we need volunteers to help man the table, so please stop by and volunteer some time to help bring new members to our club!
