Additional Information NGC 4281 is the brightest galaxy at far right of center (for a legend of this image, click here). A total of five relatively bright galaxies can be seen in this image (left to right): IC 3153 (spiral), NGC 4270 (lenticular), NGC 4273 (spiral), NGC 4277(spiral), and NGC 4281(lenticular). Besides these five galaxies, a number of faint background galaxies can be seen in the center portion of the image. A 60-second image taken on 20 January 1994 at 11:22 UT.
