Public Forum on Light Pollution/Dark Sky Issues

The International Dark Sky Association, San Diego County Chapter and Oceanside Photo & Telescope Astronomical Society will be hosting a Public Forum on October 20, 2004 to introduce the outdoor lighting MODEL LIGHTING ORDINANCE. We will also hear about light pollution issues as they pertain to Palomar Observatory.
Please join us at 6:30pm on October 20, 2004 in the Conference Room at the Best Western Oceanside Inn. To get there, take the Oceanside Blvd. exit and go west. You'll see the hotel on the right side of the street just west of the freeway. The meeting will last until approximately 8:30pm.
