We are using zoom.us for all our online meetings. You would need to have the latest version of the zoom client installed on your device prior to joining a meeting.

1. Even if you already have the zoom client installed, it is a good idea to reinstall/update it.
2. You do not need to have a zoom account to use the apps and attend or register for meetings.
3. You can have the zoom client installed on as many devices as you like.
4. You can join meetings from multiple devices simultaneously.
