Should be another warm Black Star Canyon star party under a clear, moonless 3rd quarter night.
Our next Board meeting is this coming Sunday, 5/4/08 (5:00 for the potluck, 5:30 for the meeting). Looks like this Saturday evening should be warm and clear…perfect for an OCA star party!
Clouds were bad…party was cancelled after a couple hours wait.
We have a 3rd quarter moon night for this Saturday’s BSC star party. That means no moon and a dark sky for seeing faint nebulas, comets, galaxies, etc.

The Messier Marathon will take place at the March 8 star party.
