Hope it will not be too hot for the July star party…

Another clear warm star party at BSC where we could even see the Milky Way.

Weather should be warm and sky should be dark and hopefully clear for the June star party at Black Star Canyon. So plan to come out and set up a telescope for an evening of fun and good viewing.

At long last, a Black Star Canyon star party on a clear, dark night that lasted until midnight! Hopefully we will have many more in the coming months…

Looks like this star party will not be rained out…finally! Night should be fairly clear, warm and dark. Let’s go galaxy hunting…

Weather report does not look good but if the rain subsides and the sky clears, we will have a star party.

Come out and search for Messier objects Saturday night…if it doesn’t rain!

We had over 30 cars come out Saturday night.

Looks like the weather will finally hold up so we can hold a star party at nearby Black Star Canyon. Hope we can get a good turn out after so many cancellations the past three months.

Start 2012 off right and join us at the first BSC star party of the new year…should be clear and warm.
