I arrived at the gate at 6:45 pm to find Begginer Class attendee Dave Torres waiting. Although the sky was completely clouded over, I opened the gate. A few more guests, Ellen & Ricardo showed up a little later.

Not to let them leave dissapointed, I gave an astronomy presentation about what we amatuers like to observe in the night sky. I also showed them how a computerized Meade ETX125 is aligned and can then point at thousands of objects like Saturn, etc.

Unfortunately there was no stars visible so I closed the gate at 8:45 pm.
