Effective August 2008, the ONLY parking available on the Chapman University campus will be in unreserved parking spaces in either the Lastinger underground parking structure or the Barrera parking structure. Both of these parking structures require a parking permit to be displayed that can be purchased for a small fee upon entry to the parking structure. FREE permits are NOT available anymore. You can still park for FREE on the campus side of E Palm Avenue or N Center Street. Parking in any other campus lot, including the Hashinger lot next to Irvine Hall, or on the residential side of the streets WILL result in a parking ticket.

Those displaying a Handicapped placard will be able to continue using the handicapped spaces they have been using in the Hashinger lot.
