In late October club members built the pad for the new MOCAT telescope and pour the concrete for the new staircase between Jupiter Ridge and Ten Pad Alley. Starting with the construction of Jupiter Ridge in December 1995, the Anza site has been in an expansion mode that will continue into 1999. Thanks to Liam Kennedy who supplied the photos this month. Jupiter Ridge was followed by the addition of Anza House. Then came "Land Doe". Now a new member observatory will be added to the member observatory area. Before you know it we will have a McDonald's.
