Additional Information This faint group of galaxies is located in Andromeda. It spans about 5 arcminutes in width. Magnitude-wise (14-15), these galaxies are similar to those of the more famous Stephan's Quintet. NGC 72 appears to be a barred spiral. Besides these galaxies, a number of fainter background galaxies can be seen in this image.
